What is !nside Cards®？

!nside Cards® was born in 2021, developed and distributed by the Association for Coaching and Facilitation (ACF), and designed by one of L&D leader Nelson Goodson. It is an innovative collection of 8 different coaching and facilitation tool cards. Each card can be used independently or combined together, offering great flexibility. It effectively promotes participants to unleash their creativity and imagination, engage in self-exploration and reflection, and discover their inner valuable resources and wisdom. It is an essential tool for coaches and facilitators!

Couse Content

 

​Level 1 

Upon completing Level 1 of the course, you will be able to utilize !nside Cards for the following purposes:

• Facilitating mutual acquaintance among participants.

• Leading warm-up games or icebreaker activities.

• Conducting workshops focused on self-exploration.

• Engaging in simple one-on-one coaching sessions.

(Level 1 covers the basic applications of approximately 5 card sets.)

1. !nside Cards® Core Concepts and Values

2. The 3-step process for facilitating card activities

3. Icebreaking and Bonding: Utilizing !nside Cards for various warm-up activities to encourage participant engagement in the workshop.

4. Supreme Activity - Microfilm: Developing unique life journeys through the use of !nside Cards®.

5. Designing and Creating Visual Tools: Exploring inner wisdom by designing and creating card tools.

6. Application of the ACF Coaching Model: Conducting simple coaching sessions in a one-on-one coaching format.​

​Level 2

Upon completing Level 2 of the course, you will be able to utilize !nside Cards® for the following purposes:

• Leading workshops that involve more extensive and in-depth self-exploration.

• Designing process frameworks.

5. !nside 21 Points - A versatile selection of stimulating and fun-inspired activities

(Levels 1 and 2 cover the application of 7 card sets, excluding the Creative Cards.)

Certification

•  Upon completion of Level 1 with a 100% attendance rate, participants will be awarded the !nside Cards Certified Facilitator Lv1 (!CF1) certificate by the Association for Coaching and Facilitation (ACF). This certificate qualifies individuals to conduct !nside Workshops and provide simple one-on-one coaching services using !nside Cards®. It also serves as a stepping stone to pursue further studies and become a Level 2 facilitator.

• Upon completion of Level 2 with a 100% attendance rate, participants will be awarded the !nside Cards Certified Facilitator Lv2 (!CF2) certificate by the Association for Coaching and Facilitation (ACF). This certificate allows individuals to conduct a wider range of !nside Workshops and provide simple one-on-one coaching services using !nside Cards. It also provides the opportunity to pursue further studies and become a certified higher-level facilitator at Level 3 (TTT).
